Saigon Cooking Class

A cooking class was one of my bucket list items in Saigon. I've heard the food in Vietnam is amazing and being there only a day, I found this to be true. It's so, so good, and not just pho. there is so much, fresh delicious food!

I found the Saigon Cooking School online and it was highly rated. It was a little pricey, but we were able to cook three different dishes and then eat them!

First was Spring Rolls with homemade peanut dipping sauce. Yum, yes please. These were really good! Dan has even recreated them since we've been home.

Next was mango salad with BBQ chicken and last was fried rice in a lotus flower, gots to love the presentation.

We drank wine and beer and caused the most ruckus and overall was a great time! It was nice to learn the different dishes, but didn't properly represent actually cooking the dishes. Yes, I could cook anything if all ingredients were prepped and chopped for me :)
